For too long, motherhood has been something we fall into:
Exhausted, unsupported, and completely unprepared for the shift that comes with carrying, birthing, and raising a new life. We’re handed vitamins and registry checklists but rarely offered real guidance on what it means to become a mother... not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially.
At Confident Care Birth Co., we believe motherhood doesn’t begin at a positive pregnancy test. It begins when a woman decides to prepare on purpose, even before the bump.
This company was born from that truth and from my own journey as a nurse, doula, educator, and first time mom. I’ve stood at the bedside in hospitals and sat on Zoom calls with clients. I’ve witnessed how deeply unprepared we’ve been, not because we didn’t care, but because no one ever taught us to think ahead. No one told us that preconception is the perfect window of time for building the life, mindset, and support system that will carry us through the biggest transformation of our lives.
Our generation is breaking cycles. We’re asking different questions. We’re dreaming of motherhood not just as survival, but as something that can be joyful, autonomous, faith-filled, and thriving!
And I’m here to guide that process.
I'm a nurse turned coach & educator, and the woman behind Confident Care Birth Co.
I’ve spent years walking with women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and what I’ve learned is this: God didn’t design motherhood to feel like we’re just barely making it. I help women prepare for motherhood with intention (heart, mind, body, and spirit) so they can step into this calling with confidence, not fear. My approach is all about helping you discover your values, lean on your village, and trust the God who made you for this.
When I’m not coaching or teaching, you can usually find me chasing my little girl, planning my next trip, or sipping an iced latte while dreaming about how to help more women experience the peace and joy they deserve in motherhood.
